At Jazwares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any packing slips to ensure your return is processed quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
